On International Women's Day 2024, TODAY with Hoda and Jenna shined a well-deserved spotlight on female-founded brands, including our TooD Beauty makeup line. REAL SIMPLE Editor-in-Chief Lauren Iannotti took the opportunity to showcase TooD's empowering story and sustainable, and colorful joy-inducing products.

Supporting Women Through Colorful Self-Expression

Iannotti emphasized TooD Beauty's mission to celebrate what makes each woman unique and beautiful.

"She created this because she was bullied all her life for her unibrow and always trying to hide it," Iannotti explained, referring to TooD's founder, Sharareh Siadat. "She said, 'Why am I trying to hide what makes me unique and beautiful?' She's all about the joy. Bringing the joy, bringing the color. She's created this line to emphasize what is beautiful and brings joy to you."

TooDSCARA: A Sustainable Win 

Among the products featured was the Blue Mood TooDSCARA – 2023 Allure Best in Beauty Winner and the first mascara made with ocean waste plastic packaging and wand, creating a fully recyclable system. "It's made with repurposed ocean plastic - top to bottom intentional," Iannotti emphasized, highlighting TooD's commitment to sustainability.

As Iannotti showcased TooD's vibrant Hypnotic Color Cream, colorful liquid eye liners, and vegan nail polishes, hosts Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager couldn't help but rave over the brand's eye-catching hues.

"Love it! It's bright and happy and gorgeous!" exclaimed Hoda.

"The colors are gorgeous!" Jenna chimed in, appreciating TooD's bold and joyful approach to beauty.
