Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

*We are currently offering free USPS First-Class Mail shipping for all orders over $50. Please note that this offer is subject to change without notification at any time. 

International Shipping

We are currently only shipping to the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


We hope you love your TooD products, and that you always have a great experience with our brand. Should you have any issues, we would love to hear from you so we can make it right. TooD accepts returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of purchase for unopened and unused items. Please send an email to with the subject line mentioning the word "Return" & your order number. If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to accept your return. If the return is accepted, please know that the refund can take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account. 

Damages and Issues

If you received the wrong product or a damaged product, please make sure to contact us immediately. You can send an email to with your order number and picture of the damaged or incorrect items, and we will replace your product as soon as possible.
