1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT.
When you visit and/or use our Service, we may collect your Device Information (as defined below), Order Information (as defined below), and/or Contact Information (as defined below). Collectively, Device Information, Order Information, and Contact Information are “Personal Information.”

iv. To approve your comments and prevent spam if you are trying to comment on our blog articles.
2. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES.
(a) Service Providers.
Like most companies, we use tools from third party service providers to help us with various parts of our business (“Service Providers”), and depending on the service we need, these Service Providers may have access to your Personal Information. For example, we use a Service Provider’s email software to manage our Newsletter subscriptions, and if you have given us your email address to subscribe to the Newsletter, then your email address will be shared with that Service Provider. We also use Service Providers for the following purposes:
i. To host the Service.
ii. To process your orders and payment information.
iii. To deliver emails and newsletters.
iv. To help us conduct web analytics on the Service.
All Personal Information shared with Service Providers will be to allow TooD to better provide the Service in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). While the CCPA is required for only California residents, TooD treats all of its users equally and will apply the same protections of the Personal Information for all of its users.
We contractually require all Service Providers to treat your Personal Information as confidential information and to only use it for the services we need. However, we do not have direct control over how Service Providers use your Personal Information, and we cannot guarantee that our Service Providers will use your Personal Information as required in our contract with them. For this reason, we are not responsible for our Service Providers’ misuse of your Personal Information.

4. HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR ANALYTICS?
As an online business, it is important for us to know how users interact with our Service. We and our Service Providers will collect your location information and Device Information so that we can deliver our Service to our users, measure, analyze, and improve performance of the Service, and to continually update and develop our Service. For example, we will use this information to fix any bugs or errors in the Services and to determine if we need to support a new Device type for the Service.
5. HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED FOR ADVERTISING?
To help us keep our Service running, we show ads in our Service with the help of third-party advertising partners (“Ad Partner”). We integrate the Ad Partner technologies into our Service, which are then used by the Ad Partner to determine what kind of ads to display to you.
(a) Does the Ad Partner Collect My Personal Information?
In order to show you ads that you might find interesting and/or relevant (“Targeted Ads”), the Ad Partner may collect and use your location information and Device Information. If location services are enabled in your Device settings, the Ad Partner may additionally collect your geolocation information. Because the Ad Partner’s technologies control what kind of personal information is collected from your Device and how it is used, we encourage you to review the Ad Partner privacy policies, found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
(b) How to Opt-Out of Receiving Targeted Ads.
If you do not want to receive Targeted Ads on your mobile Device, your mobile Device may give you the option to opt-out of receiving Targeted Ads on all apps on your Device. On Android Devices, you may opt-out by enabling the “Opt out of Ads Personalization” setting. On iOS Devices, you may opt-out by enabling the “Limit Ad Tracking” setting. In addition, you may be able to opt-out of receiving Targeted Ads from a specific Ad Partner by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at: http://optout.aboutads.info/ or through Google at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving Targeted Ads, you will still receive contextual ads, which are non-targeted ads related to the content of the Service.
6. DO NOT TRACK.
Please note that we do not alter our Service’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
7. OPTING OUT OF OR UNSUBSCRIBING FROM NEWSLETTERS.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving Newsletters, you can click on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. Please allow up to 24 hours before you stop receiving Newsletters. You may also continue to receive emails unrelated to marketing.
8. THIRD PARTIES AND THEIR POLICIES.
Throughout the Service, you may see links to third-party websites or applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites, and when accessing their sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
9. DATA RETENTION.
How long we store your Personal Information will depend on the purpose that we originally collected it. We will not retain Personal Information for longer than is necessary for our legitimate business interests or to comply with legal requirements. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your information, both during transmission and once it is received. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. While no security system is completely secure, we and our Service Providers take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of the information collected by us.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have received any type of information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information. 13. ACCESSING, MANAGING, AND/OR UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

14. FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we retain and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. You additionally have the right to receive a copy of the Personal Information we have about you. Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your Personal Information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Service), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests, such as direct marketing, to prevent fraud, and to conduct analytics on the Service.
